Laptop Liquid Damage Repair

We successfully repair liquid damaged Macbook. If your water damaged MacBook has been rejected for warranty after some light liquid damage (which is fair enough) by Apple, give us a call or drop into our Brisbane MacBook Service Center.  MacBook liquid damage repair is our speciality, be it that you have spilt water, wine or Orange juice we can help, but get it to us quick.

The above MacBook repair was disassembling and we identified that only a small part of the motherboard was effected and the Bluetooth /wireless module needed to be replaced.

The MacBook was completely disassembled and any moisture removed. The component’s and mainboard was washed down with a special solution to remove any residual impurities, from what was spilt on it.

We performed a heat treatment – The laptop mainboard is strapped into a jig, the mainboard is then heated up to a temperature where the solder softens allowing the surface mount and soldered components to make a renewed connection to the mainboard.

The Laptop then had a full hardware service with no further damage found. For more info on hardware, servicing click here

The MacBook is now performing as it should and the client is happy.

Cost of the repair was $189.00
