Unable to log into profile, you could enter your password and it would just cycle and request the password again, We identified a full hard disc as being the fault, we performed a full data recovery, installed and updates El Capitan and imported the clients data … Happy days.
Custom Software Troubleshooting
Client was having trouble setting up Pro Tools MBox Pro. With a lot of patience we were able to configure the online accounts and get the software setup.
Apple Macbook Liquid Damage Repair
Another Rum and Coke Survivor – Repair was rejected by Apple due to liquid ingress. We performed a hardware & liquid damage service (click here for more details on liquid damage repair). Once the liquid repair was performed we identified two components that needed to be replaced. The touch pad and battery were replaced and the laptop was retested. The Apple Macbook now works perfectly.

Client shattered the glass on their Apple MacBook Pro, it was unable to be sourced from a local wholesaler. We sourced the glass from our overseer’s supplier, it arrived within 7 days and collected on the day the parts arrived.
